1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms govern access to and use of Ukil Sathi, including its websites, applications and related services. By registering, accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials. If you create an organization workspace, you represent that you have authority to act for that chamber or legal practice. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security.
3. Trials, subscriptions and payment
Trial duration, plan limits, fees, billing intervals and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. We will provide reasonable notice of material pricing changes.
4. Legal confidentiality and customer data
You retain responsibility for client confidentiality, professional duties and lawful processing of information entered into the service. You retain ownership of your customer data. We process that data only to provide, secure, maintain and improve the contracted service, subject to applicable law and our privacy provisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to violate law, professional rules or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access; distribute malicious software; disrupt infrastructure; scrape protected areas; or misrepresent legal services. The platform is a practice-management tool and does not provide legal advice.
6. Privacy and security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users must promptly report suspected account compromise and maintain appropriate device and access controls.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide reliable access but may perform maintenance, respond to security incidents or modify features. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material interruptions or changes affecting paid functionality.
8. Suspension, cancellation and data export
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription according to the applicable plan. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use or material breach. Data export and retention periods after termination will follow the plan and applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
You remain responsible for court dates, filings, limitation periods, legal strategy and professional decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Ukil Sathi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability will be limited as specified in the final commercial agreement and applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The final jurisdiction and dispute-resolution clause should be confirmed by the operator’s legal counsel before commercial launch.
